Toscana Igt Bianco
Area of production: S. Giovanni d’Asso – Siena
Grape varieties: Trebbiano 70%, Mallvasia 30%
Vinification: after a separation between berries and rasps, the grapes are pressed and the juice ferments for around 15 days under controlled temperature between 23C° and 25C°. The wine is kept for 5 months inside stainless steel tanks, then is bottled. Sale is possible after 1 month of refinement in the bottle.
