Toscana Igt Red Wine Without Added Sulfites


Area of production: S. Giovanni d’Asso – Siena
Grape variety: Sangiovese 100%
Vinification: 15 days of fermentation under controlled temperature of 22C°, followed by maceration on skins for 10 days. The wine ages for 6 months in stainless steel tanks then is immediately bottled. Everything is done to make the wine avoid the contact with oxygen for preserving to the best its characteristics of natural wine.

The winery Loghi has actually 4 hectares in production, and they are cultivated with Sangiovese, Merlot, Cabernet, Colorino, Fogliatonda, Trebbiano and Malvasia grape varieties.
